Ajay, with nearly 40 years of experience in Human Resource Management as General Manager – Personnel and formerly General Manager - HRD & Administration at Air-India Ltd.

He was Spearheading administration for the entire company, including 05 subsidiaries, from Air India Headquarters, Delhi. His Leading efforts in Air India that contributed to the company receiving the 1st Prize from the Ministry of Civil Aviation for the "Swachh Bharat Abhiyan" initiated by the Hon’ble President of India, as directed by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.

He started his career with GB Panth hospital as Junior resident post completion of his BDS from Maulana Azad Medical College. Later, he joined Himachal Government as MO.

During the span, He completed his Post graduation in Hospital administration. Post that, he was working in Administrative Roles. His contribution to the state medical facility is commendable. Post retirement, He had been associated with Revenue Cycle management hiring.
